What should we try together?
A clearly defined pilot
Your team. A shared next step.
Hand over routine work.
Keep the decisions.
One case. Every step traceable.
01 / 05 Incoming
One enquiry. One clear case.
A customer email and its document arrive. The AI Employee groups them into one case, keeping the information together.
Email and document → customer mail
02 / 05 Extraction
Customer mail becomes data.
The request, customer and amount are read from the enquiry. Missing or unclear details remain visible as open questions.
Request · Customer · Amount
03 / 05 Context
The enquiry gets context.
Existing customer and order records are compared. The case can be assessed together with its history.
Customer records · Order · History
04 / 05 Your rules
Your rules determine the path.
Amount limits, responsibility and confidence are checked. You decide which actions are allowed and when your team makes the decision.
Check limits → prepare a decision
05 / 05 Outcome
Complete or refer.
The permitted action is carried out within your rules. When something is unclear, your team receives the case with context and a reason.

Search and AI may consider relevant sources
Check the source
For real answers, check claims against the original source. The phone answer is fictional; each service decides whether to cite a source.
GEO — Generative Engine Optimization
We optimise your digital presence so that search engines and AI assistants can better recognise and understand your company, its services and its expertise, and take it into account as a source.
Important: we do not guarantee any placement or recommendation. Google points out explicitly that solid SEO basics continue to apply to its AI features and that neither special “AI files” nor special AI markup are required (Google Search Central). For content to be included in ChatGPT Search, OpenAI in particular requires that OAI-SearchBot is not blocked (OpenAI).

What you should know before you start.
Do we have to change our IT for this?
No. We connect the systems you already use via their interfaces: email, CRM, ERP, cloud storage, databases. Your staff keep working in the applications they know. We usually do not need access to your employees' computers, and you do not give us personal passwords — that is what API access, OAuth connections and service accounts with tightly scoped permissions are for.
Does AI automation replace employees?
That is not the goal. The repetitive steps in between are automated; the decisions stay with people. For sensitive processes we deliberately build in an approval step: the AI prepares a quote or a reply, a team member checks and confirms it, and only then does anything go out. Only what has proven reliable beforehand is automated further.
How do you make sure nothing goes wrong with real data?
Automations are built first with test data, anonymised data, sandbox systems and sample documents wherever possible. Only then are the real systems connected, and the first phase runs in a controlled way with human approval. Before the first connection, we agree in writing which data flows where, how long it is stored and who has access.
What does getting started cost?
The initial call is free and takes 30 minutes. Describe your project with the AI advisor for an initial cost indication. We review scope, interfaces and ongoing costs personally and confirm a quote before work begins.
Do you only work in the Rhine-Main region?
Our focus is on Wiesbaden, Mainz, Frankfurt and the Rheingau-Taunus district, because an on-site meeting helps when mapping processes and local visibility benefits from local knowledge. We also deliver automation, custom software and websites beyond the region — technically, location makes no difference there.
Which task costs your team too much time?
Bring a process or an open question. In the free intro call we clarify whether and how we can help.
